Discover Salvador Dali’s Catalunya - a unique guided tour

The Dali Tour

Follow in the footsteps of a genius...

See the Dali Theatre Museum in Figueres, Pubol Castle which Dali bought his wife, Gala and the Port Lligat house near Cadaques - home to Dali for most of his life.

These 3 homes are The Dali Triangle. Recently seen in Channel 4's documentary "Dirty Dali" by Brian Sewell.

  • You'll enjoy the visual biography - from birthplace to tomb - city to coast.
  • You will experience the paintings, the people & the places of Dali's homeland. The stories behind the life and Art.
  • You will visit Dali's homes, his favourite vineyard (with wine tasting) and some of his favourite restaurants.
  • You'll gain a unique insight into the life of this notorious personality.

This tour is a fantastic way of seeing the coast, cities & culture of Catalonia, NE Spain (90 minutes north of Barcelona).

See where Dali lived and painted, visit the places that influenced his unique style. More than a museum trip it is an experience giving you a memorable insight into Dali’s world and landscapes. And you don't have to have any prior knowledge of art or Dali to have a great time.

You will have opportunity for lunching on the coast, coffee on La Rambla where Dali & Bunuel wrote Un Chien Andalou and a visit to the hilltop church where Dali's secret wedding took place.

Comments from guests who visited the Dali Museum June 2007...

"Brilliant! Exceeded my expectations" Ros - London

"Fantastic. Much better than I anticipated. Need to go back and see more !!" Jane, Cardiff

"Excellent guide, thorough knowledge which made the morning very interesting" Brian, Winchester

"Fascinating - I actually grew to understand and like Dali a lot more as a result" Jackie, London

"Guide = Excellent" Carole, Doncaster

"I cannot imagine a more delightful tour guide than Lee, my guide around Dali country. It was exactly like being with a knowledgeable friend, not a moment of boringness (to which I am intensely allergic), nor a moment of impatience, so I could take the pictures I needed for my forthcoming book on Dali (Critical Lives, Reaktion Books). AND this was a last-minute booking, so it could have gone terribly wrong. That it went so wonderfully right makes me eager to recommend 7Dayonder, which I do whole-heartedly.
