A selection of menus and services are available. Lee specialises in producing 'real', high quality home cooked food which is seasonal and sourced locally. The supper menus are distinctively Catalan with a hint of French and British culinary influence, good local wines are included. Our total service resembles having a restaurant brought to your home or villa. This means we offer a service with a smile & do the washing-up!
Lee is a self-taught chef, passionate about food - whose culinary travels over the years have led to kitchens in Edinburgh, Manchester & SW France. Lee has been cooking in Girona, Catalunya for 6 years. Providing full gastronomic catering on his Art holidays (7DW) and cooking gourmet suppers for private parties in holiday Villas.
Lee says: "In the summer of 1991 in France, I stayed with friends who owned a vineyard near Albi. They were doing B&B in their farmhouse. This was the first time I cooked a supper for a large group of people. The memory of those warm summer nights, the music, the wine and the food eaten at a table under the stars - has led me to the truly magnificent gastronomy of Catalunya... "
