I would like to thank you for the immense flexibility as well as skill and willingness to organize things for us and our production. Your contribution was beyond catering and your local knowledge helped us a great deal. And most importantly, your food was excellent and your attitude and sense of humor made it a pleasure to work with you. We asked for some overall feedback from our team and one of the team members answered (when asked what was the best thing in the production) that it was your food and the fact that it was always served at the right time.

Thank you for such an excellent dinner. The Spanish version of black forest gateau was one of the nicest cakes we've ever had.
We also appreciated the high level of customer service during our preparations and during the meal. Prior to the meal, your can-do attitude was refreshing. During the meal the service was great. I think it says a lot that even as the hostess, I was able to sit back and enjoy my meal – we were never without anything we needed, never felt interrupted, and didn’t even need to tidy the kitchen when we were done!

Just wanted to say thanks again for the outstanding food you made for us at Mas Grau last week. We are all experiencing post-holiday let down, especially having to make our own dinners. If we ever are back in the area (or Europe for that matter!), we'll keep you in mind.
